HOMEWARES
Homewares will be delivered by Australia Post. Delivery costs will be added to the homewares items at checkout.

FURNITURE
Where we deliver

We can deliver to most addresses within Australia (please see costs below), but we are unable to not deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our us to find out if we deliver to your location.

Cost of delivery

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address.

• Sydney Metro – FREE
• Any other area – We can provide you with an estimate for the shipping cost or you can organise this with your own preferred courier. If you would like a shipping cost estimate, please contact us to arrange a quote.

How and when we deliver

All deliveries are made on a per order basis. As we need time to craft your furniture an estimated time of delivery will be sent to you within 2 business days from receipt of your order.

• Approximate time between ordering, manufacturing and delivery of your order (3-4 weeks).
• Approximate time for delivery for items that we already have in stock (5-14 days)

During peak periods deliveries may take longer.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.

For large items, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange a delivery time using the contact details provided by you.

We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Acceptance of delivery

Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Le Bench to be authorised to receive the products.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s).
